I founded The Destination Collective with one clear intention in mind; to deliver a beauty experience for destination brides that’s not only seamless, luxurious and professional, but also deeply personal.
Unlike large agencies that book multiple artists separately, everything we do is built on unity. As a small team of four who work and travel together, we bring a shared energy and deep connection that can’t be replicated.
How this works
Specialising in multi-event destination wedding weekends, we tend to spend three days with the majority of our clients.
As the bride, your hair and makeup will always be looked after by me, Jessica. To extend this service to your bridal party, you can add members of the team as needed. Our simple booking process makes it easy to see exactly how many additional people we can accommodate on your chosen date.

Before the Wedding
Zoom consultation at least four weeks before your wedding to discuss your vision and finalise plans.
A personalised hair and makeup trial, either at my studio in the UK or at your chosen destination the day before your wedding.
Hair and makeup for your rehearsal dinner/pre-wedding event.
Luxury Masks & Tailored Skin Prep
A sculpting Face Gym facial and Charlotte Tilbury sheet mask to lift, hydrate and create an ideal base for makeup.
A bespoke blend of luxury skincare, layered and tailored to your complexion, ensuring your makeup looks and feels light and luminous all day.
Bridal Hair & Makeup
Elegant, long-wearing hair and makeup for you and one other person OR makeup only for you and four people.
Two hours of hair and makeup touch-ups at your wedding venue.
A second hair and/or makeup look for your evening reception.
You may choose one of the following combinations before an additional team member is required:
Bride Hair & Makeup + Hair & Makeup for 1 additional person
Bride Hair & Makeup + Makeup Only for 2 additional people
Bride Makeup Only + Makeup Only for 4 additional people.

Choosing the right Hair and Makeup Team for your destination wedding is an incredibly personal decision. I want you to feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease from the very beginning, so the process always starts with a consultation call. You can ask questions, share your wedding plans, and discuss how much support you’ll need.
Don’t worry if you’re in a different time zone. Let me know your availability, and I’ll offer alternative appointments to suit you.

Personalised Proposal
Based on your consultation, I’ll prepare a personalised proposal outlining the services I’d recommend and any optional extras you may wish to include. My transparent travel fee will always be clearly stated. The proposal will also guide you through the next steps to finalise your booking with ease.
