I founded The Destination Collective with one clear intention in mind – to deliver a beauty experience for destination brides that’s not only seamless, luxurious and professional, but also deeply personal.
Unlike large agencies that book multiple artists separately, everything we do is built on unity. As a small team of four who work and travel together, we bring a shared energy and deep connection that can’t be replicated.

If you’re based in the UK, we can offer you a trial here, but we also have plenty of experience working with overseas brides to finalise their look the day before their wedding. Planning an overseas wedding can be overwhelming, but The Destination Collective delivers an experience that feels calm, unhurried, seamless, and professional. Working with us means both hair and makeup are taken care of, removing the need to coordinate multiple artists or more than one team of suppliers. We also arrange all our own travel, and as destination wedding experts with more than 10 years’ experience, you can rely on us to handle any challenges that may arise.

To ensure your look lasts throughout the day and photographs beautifully, we use only the highest quality tools and products. Laura
Laura and I first met when she completed her industry placement with me, assisting at a number of weddings in the UK and overseas. Upon graduating, she joined the team on a permanent basis.
Laura brings a calm, serene energy to every wedding she works on. Her signature style centres around polished radiance, enhancing her clients’ natural features with softness and sophistication.
Hannah
With a calm, warm demeanour, Hannah is an incredibly talented, versatile member of the team, working seamlessly across both hair and makeup. Specialising in soft, modern up-dos, she creates beautifully romantic hairstyles with a contemporary feel. Her approach to makeup is all about creating soft, glowing looks while celebrating her clients’ natural beauty. Her ability to tame even the unruliest hair is invaluable, and her calming presence puts everyone at ease.
Lisa
Lisa trained in hairdressing at Hebe Hair salon in Trafalgar Square before going on to work at the in-house salon at Fortnum & Mason where she styled high-profile clients with ease and professionalism. This experience gives Lisa a wealth of knowledge and the ability to work confidently across a wide range of hair types and styles. She’s known as the queen of blow-drying and her warm, grounding energy will instantly relax you on your wedding morning.

The Signature Destination Experience
Specialising in multi-event destination wedding weekends, we tend to spend three days with the majority of our clients.
As the bride, your hair and makeup will always be looked after by me, Jessica. To extend this service to your bridal party, you can add members of the team as needed. Our simple booking process makes it easy to see exactly how many additional people we can accommodate on your chosen date.
This service includes:
Before The Wedding
- Zoom consultation at least four weeks before your wedding to discuss your vision and finalise plans.
- A personalised hair and makeup trial, either at my studio in the UK or at your chosen destination the day before your wedding.
- Hair and makeup for your rehearsal dinner/pre-wedding event.
On the Day
- A sculpting Face Gym facial and Charlotte Tilbury sheet mask to lift, hydrate and create an ideal base for makeup.
- A bespoke blend of luxury skincare, layered and tailored to your complexion, ensuring your makeup looks and feels light and luminous all day.
- Elegant, long-wearing hair and makeup for you and one other person OR makeup only for you and four people.
- Two hours of hair and makeup touch-ups at your wedding venue.
- A second hair and/or makeup look for your evening reception.

To maintain the highest levels of service, I only take on a small number of weddings each year, so I’m very intentional about the projects I commit to. To ensure we’re a perfect fit, I’d encourage you to include as much detail as possible in your initial enquiry, especially key details like your wedding date, ceremony departure time, venue, and approximate numbers for hair and makeup. I’ll respond as quickly as possible to confirm my availability.
2. Consultation Call
I want you to feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease, so your journey with me begins with a consultation call. You’ll be able to ask questions, share your wedding plans, and discuss which of my services best suits your needs. Don’t worry if you’re in a different time zone. Let me know your availability, and I’ll offer alternative appointments to suit you.
3. Personalised Proposal
Based on your consultation, I’ll prepare a personalised proposal outlining the services I’d recommend and any optional extras you may wish to include. The proposal will also guide you through the next steps to finalise your booking with ease.
